Water Soluble Niobium and Tantalum Compounds

Our tantalum and niobium oxalates are completely water-soluble compounds that can be used for mixtures with other dissolved metal compounds at an atomic level. They enable the best possible homogeneity with niobium or tantalum in water-based mixing or doping processes. No hazardous substances are released when heated, and the resulting Nb2O5 or Ta2O5 has a high purity level of 4N (99.99%). These mixtures are used, for example, in the production of catalysts and electroceramics.

Our niobium ammonium oxalate (NAmOx) is a white powder that is air-stable and completely water-soluble. Tantalum and niobium oxalate solutions are clear aqueous solutions.
